Refund policy
REEVES & SONS RETURNS POLICY

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, email us at email@reevesandsons.co.uk with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be liable for any return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These include:
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom, engraved, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
• Items that have been resized, altered, or modified after purchase
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, free from:
• Scratches, dents, or signs of wear
• Tarnish, perfume, lotions, or other residue
• Missing components, such as clasps, stones, or links
All original packaging, tags, labels, and any certificates or documentation must be included with your return.
Reeves & Sons reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@reevesandsons.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt, including your Order Number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your statutory rights.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt. We are unable to process returns or refunds without this.
