Postage & Delivery

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For as our standard service. This method provides proof of delivery and requires a signature upon receipt.

If you would like your order to arrive faster or with enhanced protection, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional £2.50. Special Delivery offers guaranteed next‑working‑day delivery and increased compensation cover.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, strikes, or seasonal demand. Reeves & Sons cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been handed over to Royal Mail.
